Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the CleanDash
mobile application.

1. Order Flow & Price Confirmation

CleanDash operates on a post-inspection pricing model:


1. The customer places an order through the CleanDash application

2. The laundry partner picks up the clothes

3. The laundry partner weighs and inspects the items

4. The final price is sent to the customer

5. The customer may accept or reject the final price

No payment is processed until the customer accepts the final price.

2. Cancellations Before Price Acceptance

  1. Customers may reject the quoted final price

  2. No payment will be charged

  3. No refund is required

3. Refunds After Price Acceptance

Refunds are generally not provided after the customer accepts the final price and once laundry

processing has started or services have been completed or delivered, except where required by

applicable law or as outlined in the Damage Exception below.

This policy exists because laundry services are time-based and irreversible once processing has

begun.

4. Damage Exception (Limited)

A refund or compensation may be considered only if:

• Clothing is proven to be damaged or destroyed

• Clear evidence is provided (photos, order records)

• The damage is directly caused by the laundry partner

Any resolution:

• Is reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• May be a partial refund or credit

• Is not guaranteed

• Is limited to the value of the affected item(s)

CleanDash facilitates communication between customers and laundry partners but does not provide

laundry services.CleanDash does not provide compensation for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Fabric shrinkage due to material type

• Color bleeding caused by garment quality

• Pre-existing damage

5. Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable, unless

otherwise required by applicable law.

6. How to Request a Review

Refund or damage claims must be submitted via:

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

7. Decision Process

Refund or compensation decisions are made in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable

Indonesian laws and regulations.
