This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when users access or use the CleanDash Kurir application and related services.

CleanDash Kurir is a courier support application used by riders assigned by laundry partners to complete pickup and delivery orders and enable real-time tracking of those orders.

Clean Dash operates strictly as a technology platform and marketplace.

•⁠ ⁠Clean Dash does NOT employ laundry staff

•⁠ ⁠Riders are hired, managed, and paid directly by laundry partners using the CleanDash Mitra app

•⁠ ⁠The CleanDash Kurir app is used only to facilitate delivery operations and tracking between riders, laundries, and customers

a. Personal Information

We may collect the following personal data:

•⁠ ⁠Email address

•⁠ ⁠Phone number

•⁠ ⁠Profile photo

•⁠ ⁠Vehicle registration number

•⁠ ⁠Valid driver’s license details

•⁠ ⁠Account information provided by laundry partners

•⁠ ⁠Order and delivery activity data

b. Location Data

The CleanDash Kurir app collects and processes precise location data of riders during active delivery tasks.

This includes:

•⁠ ⁠Real-time GPS location while a rider is actively performing a pickup or delivery

•⁠ ⁠Location data used to track delivery progress and verify job completion

Location data is used for the following purposes:

•⁠ ⁠To enable live tracking of deliveries by customers and laundry partners

•⁠ ⁠To assist riders with navigation to pickup and delivery locations

•⁠ ⁠To verify pickup and delivery completion using geolocation (geofencing)

•⁠ ⁠To support delivery coordination and order management

Location data is shared only when necessary to perform services, including with:

•⁠ ⁠The customer receiving the order

Clean Dash's background location is only used to track delivery progress when the app is running a delivery task, even if the app is in the background.

•⁠ ⁠Riders using motorbikes are limited to a maximum of 20kg per trip

•⁠ ⁠This rule is implemented to ensure safety and proper operational standards

•⁠ ⁠Laundry partners (for order fulfillment and coordination)

•⁠ ⁠Customers (for delivery tracking and updates)
