I didn’t receive my OTP code. What should I do?
Please wait up to 60 seconds and try again. Make sure your phone number is entered correctly and that you have a stable internet connection. If the problem continues, restart the app and request a new OTP.
Can I change my phone number?
Yes. You can change your phone number in the Profile section of the app.
The app isn’t loading or is stuck. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, update the app to the latest version or restart your phone.
Orders & Tracking
My order status says “In Progress.” What does that mean?
“In Progress” means the laundry has accepted your order and is preparing pickup, washing, or delivery depending on the stage.
Why can’t I see my driver on the map yet?
The driver will appear on the map once the laundry assigns a driver to your order.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
If your order is delayed, you can contact the laundry directly using the phone number shown on the laundry’s store page and inside your order details. Open your order to view their contact information.
Payments
paid cash. How is this recorded?
Cash payments are recorded inside the app so your order history and invoice remain complete and accurate.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before pickup. Once the laundry has accepted the order and assigned a driver, cancellation may no longer be available.
I was charged but my order didn’t go through. What happens?
If a payment is successful but the order fails, the amount will be automatically refunded or credited according to the payment method used.
Can I get a refund?
Please contact your laundry directly. All refunds are handled by the laundry, not CleanDash
Who picks up and delivers my laundry?
Pickup and delivery are handled directly by the laundry using their own drivers or staff.
What if I’m not home during pickup or delivery?
When your laundry is ready, you’ll see a “Bring It Home” button appear on your phone. You can press this button once you are home and ready to receive your order at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible before pickup. Once a driver is assigned, changes may not be allowed.
What if my clothes are damaged or missing?
Please contact the laundry directly as soon as possible using the contact details shown in your order. If the issue is not resolved, CleanDash support can assist.
What happens if a laundry rejects my order?
If a laundry cannot accept your order, it will be cancelled and you can place the order with another nearby laundry.
Who is responsible for laundry quality?
Each laundry is responsible for their own service quality. CleanDash provides the platform and support if issues arise.
How do I contact support?
You can contact support through the official CleanDash contact channels listed on the website.
Are laundries and drivers verified?
Yes. All laundries and service providers are reviewed before being listed on the platform.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All digital payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers.
